We are always looking for interested thinkers to join our project.
Affiliated Faculty Fellows are passionate researchers of all ranks who commit to participating remotely in the CFCP workshop and related activities over a two-year period. We are currently seeking interested parties for the 2025-27 academic years. Write to maschroe@usc.edu before July 1st, 2025 to express interest or inquire!
Affiliated Graduate Fellows are currently enrolled in PhD programs and doing research on some topic closely related to interpersonal conflict. Fellows commit to remote attendance at most CFCP events for an academic year and become part of our growing conversation about conflict. Applications for the 2024-25 academic year are closed but we are always looking for expressions of interest. Write to maschroe@usc.edu before July 1st, 2025 to express interest for the 2025-26 academic year or learn more details!
Visiting Faculty are faculty who work on topics connected to the CFCP’s aims who use their research or sabbatical leave to come visit us for a period at the University of Southern California. We can offer access to our common workspace, the chance to participate in our monthly workshop series and monthly lunch discussions, a vibrant intellectual environment, and access to all of the other rich intellectual and cultural opportunities of Southern California. We now also have limited funding to be able to provide round-trip travel expenses for one visitor and a partner to Los Angeles each year, for visits of eight weeks or longer that involve full participation in CFCP events. To express interest or inquire about further details, write to maschroe@usc.edu.
Visiting Graduate Students are currently enrolled in PhD programs elsewhere but in residence in at USC for a semester to take part in CFCP activities and receive mentorship from affiliated USC faculty. Visiting Graduate Studentships are available on a limited basis and require the sponsorship of an individual USC faculty member. We can currently only arrange for Visiting Graduate Studentships for students who have their own funding from their home institution, but hope eventually to be able to open up this opportunity to more people. To express interest or inquire about further details, please e-mail maschroe@usc.edu.
